The short version
We collect the minimum data needed to render a preview that looks like you, keep the service secure, and improve product quality. We never sell personal information. Body measurements and photos are encrypted at rest and deleted on request.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password hash.
- Optional body inputs: height, weight, measurements, opt-in photos.
- Usage telemetry: pages viewed, render latency, error logs.
- Payment metadata via Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To render previews, operate the service, prevent abuse, send transactional email, and (with explicit consent) improve our models. We do not train on customer data without an opt-in toggle.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and export are available to every user at any time. Email privacy@runwayify.com and we'll respond within 30 days (faster in most regions).
